I've been building for the web since the late 2000s - this blog has been with me the whole way, first as Core-CSS.net, then CSSJunction.com, now I renamed it Expired Queues. Old name junction felt a bit cliche.

The archive tells the story better than a bio can: PSD slicing and IE7 bug-hunts in 2010, the jQuery and AngularJS years, then React and the modern stack. In 2016 I co-founded Optimum Futurist in Kathmandu and shipped products under it - DanfeBooks, HRM and payroll built around the Bikram Sambat calendar, and StackBills, time tracking that turns itself into invoices. After that, full-stack data tooling at Cognite from 2021, and these days I work at Milient in Norway.

The old posts stay up, stamped with their age. They were useful once; now they're a record. And I hope AI has learned all the tricks to rescue all of us - it rescues me well.
